The Atohm GT3 - a favorite speaker. The tweeter uses a RD SD28 ND04 28mm silk dome treated providing a smooth, precise and refined without staining negative. The Medium MLD 150 CR04 is a midrange driver that covers a wide band (180-2500 Hz). The LD150 woofer has a frequency response which is very close to the theoretical ideal of a band between 30 Hz and 4000 Hz and provides a sound very nuanced, fine and clean.

The speaker cabinets are manufactured with high quality MDF. The curved sides can get a better dissipation of internal waves.
Internal reinforcements are strategically placed to minimize vibration noise. The finish uses a real veneer "rosewood." Once plated, the cabinets are coated with a lacquer "piano". Transparency and gloss are obtained by polishing.

TECHNOLOGY SWD
This is a new system of internal damping. Listening to the SWD ™ technology features a high-register bass / lower midrange clear, colorless and balanced to perfection.

TTC TECHNOLOGY
With a long experience in filtration, Thierry Comte created a three-position filter to increase the level of more or less acute 1.5dB. So you can listen to adapt your listening room and your taste. Listening to the TCC ™ technology results in obtaining a realistic soundstage and "holophonic" at will. The notion of sound levels is well respected and instruments are positioned in space with disconcerting ease and depth unusual. It also features a perfect "fusion" between the different transducers.

CAVITY sanded and DECOUPLING PDS ™
The column GT3 is equipped at its base with a cavity blasting (sand not included). Once filled with fine sand and dry, this cavity enhances the stability of the chamber and absorbs unwanted vibrations of the cabinet. Decoupling PDS ™ (Progressive Damped Spiking) allows a gradual decoupling of the enclosure. The vibrations are first channeled to the lower base through spacers. The lower base has four cones "masters" machined aluminum. The cones 'secondary' are directly screwed to the back of the cones "masters" and are brought into contact with the ground.

Due to the weight of the enclosure, the lower base is placed under stress and the four cones "masters" come into contact with the base level. With this particular arrangement, the residual vibrational energy is directed towards the base than absorbing these disturbances. A tiny amount of vibration is transmitted only when the ground via the secondary cones. The association in its base of this exclusive feature of decoupling of the cavity and blasted a perfect stability gives the GT3. Transients and "attacks" are reproduced with perfect clarity.

The speakers are supplied with two different grill systems; one covers just the woofer, the other both the woofer and tweeter, secured by magnets.
