EMITTER II
The Emitter II was developed in order to drive the most demanding loudspeakers with ease of power. The Emitter II has extremely powerful noise-free sound which further allows the huge, three dimensional sound stage and sublime clarity of this stunning amplifier take you to another place. For each channel, there is one separate power unit with two powerful PM (Philbert-Mantelschnitt) transformers with an energy saving circuit. In total, 3 transformers generate eight different voltages. Every voltage is rectified individually and pre-buffered. These voltages are used to supply separately the input amplifier, driver and output stages, as well as the control circuit. The Emitter II is connected to the power supply units with 2 double-shielded cable, each 2 meters long. The 30 contacts of the plug-in connector are designed individually for 16 ampere. The input sockets are made out of gilded massive brass. The insulator consists of high-quality Teflon. Massive silver wire Teflon coated is used for the music conductors. The 100 Amp speaker terminals with big lever grips allow up to three loudspeaker cables with cable spade connectors for Bi- or Tri-wiring. 4 mm plugs can be connected firmly and secure. To avoid any possibilities of short circuits, the pole terminals are fully -isolated and mounted with 50 mm distance.

The technique of the ASR Emitter II :

•  Two channel amplifier in the acrylic casing with input selector and volume control.
•  Class A/B technology with 20 Toshiba special Audio-MOSFETS with high impulse-capacity.
•  Mounting bars of the output Transistors made from massive brass for low resonance.
•  Volume control with relay attenuator in 1dB-Steps with balance and input level adjustment.
•  25 mm LED-Display available in yellow or blue as operational indicator, adjustable in many ways
•  6 high-level-inputs switched with relay, plus 1 direct input, 1 record output.
•  Gold plated massive brass RCA-sockets with Teflon isolation. Massive silver-wires for all signals.
•  Large 100 amperes binding post for cable-shoes and 4 mm banana-plugs.
•  1 plug in slot for Phono – pre amplifier circuit board or balanced input.
•  Protection-circuits against overload, Clipping, Short-circuit, Overheating and DC Offset.
•  Circuit board with especially strong copper, parts of the two channels in mirror-symmetrical order.
•  2 external power supplies with 3 PM transformers and energy-management, separate rectification for each of the 8 voltages with 2x 32 Schottky rectifiers.
•  Especially stable power supply casing of high-quality, very stable steel sheet metal.
   Low loss Neozed high load fuse built in the power supply unit.
   Stable industrial power connector from Harting for the connection to the amplifier-part.
   Double shielded connection-cables to the amplifier-part 2m long, on wish other lengths.
   Power cable ASR Magic cord 150 cm with low loss 21A power connector at the power supply.  High-quality ASR Design remote control made from Corian for all functions.
